Setup and operation of 3- and 4-axis vertical machining centers for secondary and stand-alone work.
Quality & inspection
First-article and in-process inspection, CMM and video measuring, documentation.
Assembly
Mechanical, electromechanical, ESD-controlled, and medical device assembly.
Powder coating & finishing
Surface prep, masking and fixturing, coating application, deburring and finishing.
