What we collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, company, work email, phone number, and the content of any message, RFQ, or file you submit through our contact form, RFQ form, or by emailing us directly. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and provide the products or services you request. We do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing without separate consent.
Where it's stored
Contact and RFQ form text is processed by our transactional email provider and, if configured, forwarded to our CRM. Uploaded drawings/CAD files are stored in a private, encrypted object storage bucket that is never publicly accessible — see our Data & CAD File Security notice for detail.
Who receives it
Only Wrex Products staff who need the information to respond to your inquiry, plus the service providers noted above (email delivery, file storage, and — if you're routed there — our CRM). We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and associated files are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, where a business relationship results, to support that relationship — see the retention period stated in our Data & CAD File Security notice for uploaded files specifically. Analytics
We use privacy-conscious analytics (see our Cookie Policy) to understand site usage in aggregate. We do not send message content, CAD filenames, or other sensitive form fields to any analytics platform.
